Stephen Fry, Actor

2 eggs, 75g caster sugar, 1 teaspoon soft dark sugar, Pinch of salt, 90g Self raising flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 90g melted butter - cooled, 1 tablespoon of honey

Whisk together the eggs and sugars
Fold in the sifted flour, baking powder and salt
Leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes
Stir in the melted butter and honey

Bake in Cases or in a square tin for approx 25 minutes at gas6, 180C
If using the latter, cut into small squares and eat after supper as a type of sweet meat.
